This fake confreence invitation was emailed from IP address 196.207.234.7, which (according to WHOIS records) is assigned to an ISP in Senegal. Like other fake conference invitations, the scam appears to be Advance Fee Fraud: they offer to cover the cost of nearly everything associated with the conference, except, perhaps, a hotel in Senegal. They want you to send money for that. There is no conference: it's just an elaborate ruse to con you into sending them money.

This is a scam. Scammers tend to use evasive techniques when sending spam like this.In this case, a scammer in South Africa (IP address 196.25.253.13) sent this message through msn.com using an msn.com "from" address, but a Gmail "reply-to" address, and a different Gmail address as the reply address in the body of the message. A quick search on the web shows that several other parties have reported receiving spam of this sort, and there is an "idealworldconcept.org", but it was registered about two months ago (06-Mar-2009 06:49:27 UTC) to someone called "WEB WIZARD2008" in South Africa, so it's probably part of the same scam.

also promote community organizing as a tool to re-connect people to each other with
a common goal of building safe, supportive and good communities.

3. To create spaces for the youths of the world to acquire the power of collective action,
critical dialogue and community organizing to undermine child labour, abuse and neglect.

4. To equip the youth and adult participants especially women with vital tools and know-how.

This will aid them in conducting such workshops amongst youths and women in their various
countries.

 

We have noticed that this is an incredible means of interacting with different organizations
of the world on a particular issue as it affects youths, women, children and adults. Moreover, funding may be provided for individuals from qualifying organizations. Provisions have been made for all delegates to this event, all round tickets, feeding and accommodation in USA by our sponsors. Please note that all delegates will take care of their feeding and accommodation in the UK as the resources of (IWCO) do not cover that.

 

CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION:

 

Only groups with member delegates between the numbers of five (5) minimum and ten (10) maximum selected would be allowed to participate from each of the selected countries. Also individuals who do not belong to any of the organizations but are sincerely interested to participate should form a group of at least five and then apply as group. We are organizing a global youths combined conferences taking place from December 3rd-5th 2007 at California in the United States and in, Dakar Senegal from December 8th-11th 2007 In our request to invite people from various countries around the world, I went in search of e-mails on the web site as a means of contacting youths and organizations .As a result, I picked your e-mail from an N.G.O`s website.
